Located on a downhill terrain in Park City, Utah, the Farrar Residence is an exceptional tour-de-force in stone, concrete, wood and steel. Designed by award-winning architectural firm Bohlin Cywinski Jackson, this uniquely shaped house respects the wild natural scenery– with the boundary between inside and out disappearing in the most elegantly possible way. Expansive living spaces, modern furniture, breathtaking views, creative furnishings and a 25 meter lap pool that cantilevers over a rushing mountain stream are just a few of the reasons why someone would shell out $9.8 million for the home of their life. We’ll let the pictures speak for themselves.

GO SEE THE REST OF THE PHOTS – NO REALLY GO SEE!

Yes i know we are only one month in and this fun is just starting but these guys at Ben and Jerrys are just so smart in every approach they have to marketing, from their brands to choosing flavour names to their CSR projects – they are truly one of the worlds great businesses from many different aspects
and i normally applaud that alone – but to add an infomercial cliche – there’s more – their new flavour to commemorate the inauguration is so simply brilliant it deserves some sort of Nobel Prize! If you don’t get it slap yourself and read a newspaper!
WELL DONE TEAM Ben and JErrys YOU MAKE ME SO PROUD – now if you dont mind could you setup shop in South Africa PLEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSSE!!!!!!!!!!

Since im going to be moving and when i say moving i mean buying a house for the cupboards so my girlfriend can move in – i have been thinking more and more about a MAN ROOM – im not sure exactly what this is in my own head but so far it looks like this. Massive PC screen dark wood built in desk cabinet etc for you know the serious stuff! Then to fill up the rest of the room a big LCD screen DVD, PS3, Guitar Hero WT and without question ONE OF THESE!

Design company TwoEleven has created a futuristic foosball table that’s so sleek, sexy, and cutting-edge, it’ll draw crowds and induce envy.
It features a carbon fiber ball lift, flashing goal indicators, side monitors and most importantly, cup holders. There’s probably a lot more stuff, but I can’t read German. Which also means I can’t tell you how much it is, or even if it’s available for sale. But I’d make room for one, just in case.

You know those summer days drinking Bombay Saphire Gin with a slice of imported limes from South America and playing a little bit of tennis – new ball of course but they need to be kept in something seriously decadent i mean come on the normal sleeve is for normal people – bring on the Tiffany Sleeve!
Tiffany & Co. 1837 Tennis Ball Can

Think Tiffany’s & Co. and you probably think fine jewelry, diamonds, and little blue boxes. But they have other offerings as well, some of them not what you’d expect, like this 1837 Tennis Ball Can. Designed to hold 4 tennis balls and keep them at optimal playing temperature, the can couldn’t be simpler in design. Made of sterling silver shined to perfection, one of the tennis ball can’s few adornments is a Tiffany’s logo stamped on the lid along with the numbers 925 and 1837. $1,500

Mercedes Introduces €750,000 Limited Edition SLR Stirling Moss

For the last several years Mercedes-Benz has been collaborating with its Formula One partner to produce the SLR supercar. The half million dollar 617 hp SLR has been a popular ride with celebutantes such as Paris Hilton and Britney Spears. However the SLR is coming to the end of its production run and with that Mercedes is building a special edition that probably won’t appeal much to those who prefer to keep their hair in order.
The SLR Stirling Moss is named for the British driver who conquered the Mille Miglia in 1955 in the original 300 SLR. Like that famous racing car the new Stirling Moss has no top or even a windshield for that matter. What it does have is even more power than before with 650 hp. For those with deep pockets and no fear of mussing their hair, Mercedes will only be building 75 examples of the SLR Stirling Moss before shutting down the line permanently. For those looking for serious speed and wind in the hair, the last 75 SLRs will be priced at €750,000.

Using glue, clamps and strips of exotic wood, master carpenter Carlos Alberto has applied old-world woodworking techniques to urban motorsports, handcrafting a stunning and functional wood-bespoke Vespa scooter. The level of detail on this wooden Vespa is astonishing– from the hubs to the handlebars to its wooden abdomen. Work-in-progress photos from the Portuguese craftsman show how much chiseling, planning, sanding and polishing went it to this work of art. The end result looks almost too pretty to ride.
