The biggest problem is we could be chilling in a place like this unfortunately there seems to be no time – now dont get me wrong its not like im chained to an office desk all day in fact i get to run around the country every week BUT the fact that i do that means i cant be HERE theres NO TIME . . .

You always get something brilliant out of Bloem – most of the time its a massive hangover and a good Jol. This time i got all of that and yet still managed to discover a new product filled with fun!

For those of you who havent seen the new iSTORE on Sandton drive – you really should go check it out – amzing modern warehouse feel with that absolute touch of Apple class – only one problem i have is their board rooms have SONY screens on the walls which would be cool other than the fact that its AN APPLE STORE! Anyway back to the point!

The STM crew hit the afternoon JHB sun to take in some Oysters and some delicious Champaz – make that 29 different bottles – YUM YUM!

The floods and weather in CT makes me feel like im stuck somehwere in the middle of London! The weather ahs gotten so bad that the seaside city may be lost to the ocean!

Now if you are expecting to hit the lowveld and see small straw huts with thatch rooves – well then you are correct! ABOUT THE AIRPORT THAT IS – well not entirely, firstly its rather large and second it looks like a first class game lodge from the second you get off the plane!

Then as you drive into the nelspruit city – oh yes it is a city – you realize just how massive this little dorp has recently become. It is now a sprawling town of lights, tall buildings and vibrant businesses! It is a little sad almost to think that this modern dayness has crept onto the doorstep of the Kruger – but just a few miles out side of town you can find the superb Olivers! It is a superb coutry style B&B with a five star chef and superb in house service!

And finally if you are looking to fire it up a little with the locals? Hit Jock and Java – yes it sounds odd but to be fair IT IS THE LOWVELD – but damn good fun!

Now for those of you scratching your head saying Patrino-what? This is one of SA best hidden gems! Just an hour and a half outside of Cape Town – it is like a combination of Mozambique and the Greek islands without all the tourists!! It is a little piece of heaven where fisherman bring you fresh crayfish and seafood everyday right out of the water onto the braai!

The entire town is pretty much rent able houses of varying sizes with a few small superb restaurants serving nothing but the freshest oceans goods!

If you dont believe me how great this place is just have a look!

And the inside is pretty awesome as well!

The amazing thing is as beautiful as it is during the day – at night you have a little braai and then settle in, build a fire inside and the views get EVEN BETTER!

I must say based on the blog Guru – Seth from 2oceansvibe.com i decided to hit Caprice for a few cocktails as part of the Camps bay leg of the tour! I was a little weary of all the hype around it but to be fair – sitting on the sidewalk having a smoke and drinking large amounts of the red bull cocktails (sorry Seth not the 2oceans one) getting to look at this for the afternoon . . .

. . . really does make me envy you boys and girls who have found out the secret of living in CT!

If you are bored of lounging around the pool at the Atlantic Suites - i do suggest you take a slow drive down the mountain – hit CAPRICE . . .

. . . have a few smokes and cocktails – besides the view you are likely to bump into some form of local celeb and chances are you will have a very cool time (just dont let your Fiancce invite the street children for dinner) – not only do you get to enjoy the abundance of beauty you will have every local street merchant pass by with new offerings of creativity! While as a JHBer this may seem a little annoying – while you are bathing in the glory of CTs sun it seems more like a private art show setup just for you to peruse!

GO ON – ENJOY IT TILL THE SUN GOES DOWN (then i must suggest you hit Primi or Col caccio on the strip – few things in the world are as good as a delicious innebriated pizza)

There are a number of beautiful spots to stay in CT – Camps bay really is one of the amazing ones! The majestic sweeping views down over the Camps bay strip and into what seems like an ocean of infinity!

If you do ge tthe chance to come past this way make sure to stop in and stay at the Atlantic Suites! The views are unbelievable – with breakfast overlooking the whole of Camps Bay
